Own and improve Glydways’ Bazel monorepo infrastructure across C++, Python, and Go. Responsibilities include implementing remote caching and remote build execution, optimizing build and test performance, maintaining toolchains and dependencies, supporting embedded cross-compilation, improving CI/CD workflows with AWS and Buildkite, developing developer automation, monitoring build health, and participating in on-call support.

Design and build unified testing frameworks enabling portability across SIL, HIL, and simulation. Configure and maintain physical HIL benches and hardware interfaces, integrate automated HIL tests into CI pipelines, collaborate with software teams to improve HIL/CI systems, and monitor runtime performance, system health, and reliability metrics across testing platforms.

Own localization requirements, simulation and track testing, Hardware-in-the-Loop testing, and unit test coverage for autonomous ground vehicle software. Collaborate with autonomy, systems, safety, and hardware teams; review requirements and code; configure localization and safety algorithms; and support systems-level solutions. The role requires source-level C++ understanding, requirements management, safety standards familiarity, and testing across unit, simulation, track, and HIL environments.
