Part-time HubSpot-focused digital marketing specialist responsible for building and optimizing HubSpot workflows, automations, data hygiene, and integrations. Manage paid media across Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta, implement tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4, maintain forms/landing pages/reports, and ensure CRM-based attribution and reporting. Remote, LatAm-based role with collaboration during US Eastern hours.

Perform outbound lead generation and prospecting for K-12, education, and nonprofit markets. Research targets, engage decision-makers via calls and email, schedule meetings, coordinate event logistics (book fairs), maintain CRM records, and support sales and marketing with presentations and campaign feedback to drive book sales and client relationships.

Write and optimize complex SQL to analyze automotive marketing and inventory data; audit and standardize large datasets; investigate CRM/data discrepancies; build and maintain client-facing BI dashboards and reports; perform QA on datasets and reports; collaborate with US reporting team and fulfill ad-hoc data requests.
