Maintain and publish weekly contact-center schedules, align short-term forecasts to volume, update agent/team records, produce WFM performance reports, manage shift bids, analyze time-off allotments, support WFM coordinators, and liaise with supervisors and leadership to ensure coverage and staffing accuracy.

Monitor real-time contact center volumes, agent adherence, and staffing; manage time-off and schedule adjustments; analyze trends in attendance and service metrics; recommend staffing optimizations; maintain confidential employee records and generate reports using workforce management tools and spreadsheets.

Support planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital acquisition campaigns. Coordinate content and landing pages, run A/B tests, analyze marketing data, create performance reports, and recommend optimizations to improve ROAS.
