Drive business performance (adoption, retention, expansion, forecasting), define strategy and operating model, develop leaders, establish scalable customer transformation methodologies, partner with Sales/Product/Marketing/Operations, and improve organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, KPIs, and process improvement.

The Director of Revenue Transformation is responsible for guiding Gong's largest clients through revenue transformation journeys, building relationships with senior leaders, and aligning Gong's solutions with client revenue goals.

As a Commercial Revenue Architect at Gong, you'll design strategies for revenue transformation, architect workflows, drive adoption, and manage renewals for clients using Gong's AI Operating System, ensuring customer success and measurable business outcomes.
