Conduct applied machine learning research from problem definition through deployment, developing predictive models, LLM applications, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows. Build rigorous datasets, evaluation frameworks, uncertainty assessments, and monitoring processes. Collaborate with engineering, product, research, communications, and program teams to integrate validated models into reliable products, prioritize AI/ML opportunities, and measure impact across energy, climate, media, public participation, and organizational use cases.

Administer and improve GoodPower’s Salesforce CRM, including configuration, automations, permissions, data hygiene, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support. Translate fundraising and organizational needs into system requirements, coordinate contractors and implementation partners, test enhancements, and maintain the enhancement backlog. Lead training, office hours, adoption initiatives, and communications for staff with varying technical expertise. Support nonprofit fundraising, donor management, grant tracking, and revenue workflows while monitoring connected systems and resolving integration issues.

Owns GoodPower’s renewables intelligence product stack supporting siting and permitting campaigns. Leads roadmap, prioritization, reliability, data quality, release decisions, and deployment of tools such as CleanCast. Translates campaign needs into product requirements, coordinates with Engineering, Product, and Innovation teams, supports agentic AI workflows, trains users, and drives adoption. The role also briefs funders and senior leaders, develops the infrastructure funding case, and represents the platform externally. This is a remote U.S. role requiring travel and flexibility around campaign timelines.
