Oversee implementation, reporting, QBRs, insights-driven optimization, cross-team collaboration, and escalation management while contributing customer feedback to product and GTM strategy.

Lead the machine learning strategy, design scalable ML systems, drive MLOps, mentor engineers, and comply with AI governance.
