Drive architecture and technical roadmap, implement scalable integrations with ERP and billing systems, collaborate with product and stakeholders, and ensure high-performance, secure, production-ready Salesforce implementations.

Lead and develop a team of Customer Specialists to resolve complex escalations, analyze repeat-call patterns, drive data-informed process improvements, partner cross-functionally to implement changes, monitor KPIs, and report ROI and impact to leadership. Participate in on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
