Field-focused outside sales role representing Google Fiber in assigned territories. Engage residents door-to-door, build and manage a lead pipeline, use Salesforce and sales tools, meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission, collaborate with team, and travel within neighborhoods to convert customers and provide excellent experience.

Lead end-to-end remediation of high-severity network incidents: run war rooms, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage ticketing and communications, produce executive summaries and post-mortems, implement preventive measures and automation, and report incident metrics to improve MTTR and reliability.

As a NOC Engineer II, manage incident resolution processes, lead communication during outages, and improve network reliability by implementing preventive measures and tracking incident metrics.
