Lead daily facility operations for a fast-paced delivery site, managing Shift Leaders, associates, and driver partners. Drive KPIs, safety, compliance, budgeting, staffing, training, and process improvements to optimize performance, cost, and customer experience. Implement action plans, oversee asset protection, and ensure HR and safety protocols are followed.

Lead and grow a hands-on data science team that builds search, recommendation, personalization, delivery ETA/dispatch models, and ad ranking/attribution systems. Set technical direction, write production code, partner with Product and Engineering, drive experimentation, and deliver measurable business impact across consumer, delivery, and ads.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platform components. Produce curated datasets, ensure data quality, observability, and lineage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data products that support analytics, experimentation, and ML.
