Supports civil litigation matters through client contact, document review, discovery drafting and responses, case organization, exhibit preparation, investigation, legal research, trial preparation, and trial assistance. The role requires managing large caseloads and familiarity with Texas and Federal rules of civil procedure. This is a full-time, onsite position in Austin.

Litigates data breach, privacy, cybersecurity, technology, class action, and errors and omissions matters. Handles cases from inception with minimal supervision, conducts legal research and writing, applies state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA, communicates effectively with clients, and provides superior client service. The role may be fully remote, hybrid, or full-time.

Supports attorneys with litigation case management, discovery drafting and organization, document review, legal and factual research, pleadings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include preparing exhibits and pretrial pleadings, coordinating witnesses and vendors, organizing case records and databases, and communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff. Requires California litigation experience, particularly in personal injury and construction defect matters.

Seeking lateral law firm partners with established practices and a minimum portable book of business valued at $1 million. Partners will manage clients, teams, and cases from intake through trial across various practice areas. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
