Supports litigation matters through client contact, document review, discovery drafting and responses, case management, exhibit and index preparation, investigation, legal research, trial preparation, and trial assistance. The role requires organizing large caseloads and familiarity with Texas and federal civil procedure rules. This is a full-time, onsite position in Austin.

Leads the Virtual Legal Support team, monitors and optimizes workflow, allocates resources, supports new-hire integration, facilitates communication, manages change initiatives, and assists with escalations. The role also supports legal document preparation, matter intake, document management, case-list updates, invoicing, mail merges, document comparisons, and presentation formatting across a national law firm.

Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys with case management, discovery, pleadings, legal and factual research, document review, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include organizing client records and databases, preparing discovery requests and responses, drafting pretrial materials, coordinating exhibits and witnesses, and providing live trial support. The role requires California litigation experience, particularly in personal injury and construction defect matters, along with proficiency in litigation-support software and Microsoft Office.
