Provide first-line technical support for US customers, triage and reproduce reported issues, document complete cases for engineering, resolve routine problems using Zendesk automation, knowledge-base resources and AI tools, and improve documentation. The role also develops toward independent Tier 2 troubleshooting and requires clear customer communication, browser debugging, and basic log and error analysis.
