Teams at Grafana Labs

Leads two distributed frontend engineering squads responsible for platform foundations, navigation, search, and resource organization. Oversees hiring, team development, technical direction, delivery, customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, and operational excellence. Partners with Product and Design, drives AI and automation adoption, maintains engineering standards, participates in management on-call, and improves productivity, reliability, accessibility, and customer outcomes across Grafana’s open-source and cloud products.

Own technical customer engagements for Grafana Labs’ acquisition sales team. Partner with Sales to deliver product demonstrations, presentations, technical evaluations, and value propositions; qualify and close opportunities; communicate customer and competitive insights to Product and Engineering; and create documentation, blogs, videos, and enablement materials.

Own technical customer engagements for Grafana Cloud, partnering with Sales to qualify and close opportunities. Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, evaluations, and enablement while communicating customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Create documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge-base content. The role requires strong technical pre-sales expertise, customer communication, collaboration, judgment, and the ability to solve observability and open-source technology challenges in a remote global environment.
