Owns end-to-end customer analytics workstreams, including KPI frameworks, multi-source dashboards, reporting, data governance, quality assurance, and insight delivery for government digital communications programs. Presents recommendations to stakeholders, mentors junior analysts, leads Agile ceremonies, documents analytics practices, resolves data issues, and evaluates AI-assisted analytics tools.

Owns the architecture and safe operation of high-volume autonomous AI development pipelines. Responsibilities include generator-verifier systems, LLM agent orchestration, sandboxing, CI/CD, evaluation suites, security boundaries, AWS Bedrock inference, compliance guardrails, staged deployment, and human review standards. The role establishes engineering practices for multiple delivery teams and serves as the final accountability gate before agent-generated code reaches production.

Administers global benefits programs across multiple countries, including enrollments, eligibility, claims support, vendor data, compliance, audits, and systems processes. Analyzes benefits and compensation data, supports salary benchmarking and compensation decisions, prepares reports, and assists with annual benefits and compensation cycles. Partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues and improve Total Rewards operations.
