Develop system-level diagnostic and stress-testing software for next-generation AI SoCs. Extend Arm diagnostics tools, validate CPUs, memory, interconnects, PCIe, storage, firmware, and accelerators, and detect intermittent failures such as silent data corruption. Build configurable validation utilities and automation across server and rack-scale environments. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and validation teams to improve observability, fault isolation, silicon bring-up, and platform reliability.

Provides advanced troubleshooting, bring-up, validation, and reliability support for AI compute hardware across labs and data centers. Diagnoses server, motherboard, power, thermal, network, BIOS, and BMC issues; performs root cause analysis; supports hardware deployment and qualification; develops documentation; and mentors junior staff. The role also includes collaboration with engineering and infrastructure teams and participation in on-call support during critical milestones.
