Serve as a practice-facing attorney driving legal technology adoption, generative AI integration, process improvement, and client-facing solutions. Manage innovation projects, design workflows and dashboards, train and support attorneys, capture knowledge, and collaborate across practice groups to improve legal service delivery and client value.

Leads the design and development of data engineering and AI-enabled solutions for legal, client, and internal business applications. Builds Python and SQL workflows for structured and unstructured data, integrates generative AI and APIs, validates AI outputs, establishes human-in-the-loop quality controls, and supports responsible AI governance. Collaborates with attorneys and technical teams, evaluates emerging technologies, prototypes self-service tools, and provides technical guidance to less experienced professionals.

Litigation Associate handling complex commercial and business litigation matters, including contract, real estate, financial services, energy, and fiduciary disputes. Responsibilities include legal research and writing, managing deadlines, preparing and taking depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Mediation, arbitration, hearing, and trial experience is advantageous. Candidates must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
