Work with attorneys to prepare fee quotes, RFP financial responses, budgets, and client financial reports. Analyze historical rate and fee data, maintain rate agreements, support benchmarking and data-analytics projects, and help improve reporting and pricing processes.

Designs, builds, and maintains integrations across Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, AI/Copilot, and line-of-business apps. Implements connectors, APIs, authentication patterns, and Copilot Studio agents; ensures security and compliance; drives adoption through documentation, training, monitoring, and iterative improvements; partners with Cloud Services, InfoSec, and business stakeholders.

Manage deployment, versioning, and lifecycle of AI models across multi-cloud platforms. Define reusable AI patterns (RAG, orchestration, prompts, vectors), build embedding and retrieval pipelines, establish CI/CD and IaC, ensure telemetry and governance, collaborate with security and vendors, and provide platform documentation, training, and technical leadership.
