The Senior Manager of Risk Analytics will lead credit risk strategies, manage portfolio performance, optimize decisioning frameworks, and drive business growth through analytics and predictive modeling.

Lead end-to-end business-process transformation: diagnose operational friction across functions, design future-state workflows and business rules, translate requirements for Product/Tech/Data, drive pilot-to-rollout adoption, and measure sustained business impact.

Lead People & Culture as a hands-on executive, owning talent acquisition, performance management, manager accountability, employee relations, people infrastructure, and People team leadership. Partner with the CEO and exec team to build scalable HR systems, drive adoption, and manage compliance while enabling growth in a lean, distributed environment.
