Build and validate AI-native tooling for utility power-engineering and go-to-market teams. The role combines customer discovery, workflow analysis, Python and SQL development, data investigation, prototypes, integrations, debugging, and production-quality software. You will partner with Product and Engineering, dogfood tools on live customer problems, define requirements and quality standards, lead rollout and adoption, train users, and establish the company’s forward-deployed engineering operating model. Regular customer and U.S. team travel is required.

Leads Gridsight’s U.S. network strategy by building executive relationships with electric utilities, translating utility needs into commercial and product direction, leading strategic business reviews, developing ROI cases, and articulating customer value. Represents the company across the power sector through industry events and thought leadership. Requires deep U.S. utility expertise, technical knowledge of distribution operations, DER integration, grid planning, and interconnection, plus senior-level commercial and communication skills.

Chief of Staff partnering with the CEO and CCO to drive high-priority commercial initiatives and accelerate U.S. growth. Responsibilities include market strategy, enterprise sales, strategic accounts, partnerships, pricing, product marketing, customer expansion, founder leverage, cross-functional problem solving, and building commercial operating cadences, metrics, feedback loops, and repeatable processes.
