Lead net-new enterprise sales for incentive marketing solutions, targeting Fortune 1000 and large mid-market accounts. Own full sales cycle, develop account strategies, architect custom incentive and payments solutions, manage pipeline and CRM, negotiate contracts and pricing, ensure handoff to delivery teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue quotas.

Answer incoming benefit-related calls from State of Texas employees and retirees; explain eligibility, coverage, and enrollment; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors; document interactions; conduct trainings; maintain confidentiality; suggest process improvements to enhance service.

Lead development and optimization of customer offers to drive subscriber growth and profitability. Build financial models and business cases, evaluate pricing/packaging across segments and channels, partner cross-functionally (Finance, Product, Marketing, Analytics), and deliver executive-ready insights to influence offer strategy and execution.
