Provides billing support to clients and therapists through phone and live chat. Troubleshoots platform and billing issues, explains insurance benefits, verifies coverage, interprets EOBs, and educates users on the platform. Investigates root causes and collaborates with Product teams to improve systems while advocating for customer experience. The role requires independent remote work, adaptability, problem-solving, and meeting daily conversation metrics.

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations (eligibility, claims, denials, authorizations, contracts), scale team structure, implement AI/automation across workflows, and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards to drive collections and financial performance.
