Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective mental health providers, conduct daily meetings, provide practice-growth guidance, and convert providers to activated members of the network. Build trusted provider relationships, deliver timely onboarding support, follow vetting standards, document activity, and meet conversion and activation KPIs using AI-enabled tools and automated workflows.

Manages a remote team of 8+ Provider Growth Associates, coaching performance, closing skill gaps, communicating organizational changes, and leading recruitment-wide strategic projects. The role emphasizes metrics-driven leadership, AI-enabled workflow optimization, team engagement, and hands-on support for provider recruitment and conversion.

Provides phone, chat, and email support to payor partner clinicians and clients. Collaborates with Customer Operations, revenue cycle management, and Engineering teams to resolve billing issues, bugs, and stakeholder roadblocks. The role requires multitasking, health insurance and billing knowledge, technical proficiency, empathy, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving in a contact center environment.
