Creates, maintains, and improves sales training content, including job aids, knowledge articles, SharePoint resources, slide decks, videos, and e-learning courses. Collaborates with training, marketing, communications, operations, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, accessible, and on-brand materials. Performs quality reviews, integrates feedback, supports regulatory and system updates, and helps equip mortgage sales teams with effective learning resources.

The Principal QA Architect owns the strategy, architecture, delivery, and adoption of enterprise QA technology solutions. Responsibilities include designing automation frameworks, AI-enabled testing capabilities, reporting, observability, test data solutions, CI/CD quality gates, and integrated platforms. The role remains hands-on with software development, prototyping, integrations, and troubleshooting while providing technical leadership, mentoring, roadmap ownership, stakeholder influence, and outcome measurement across QA and software delivery teams.

Establishes enterprise-wide integration strategy, governance, API and data interoperability standards, and long-term architecture direction. Advises executives and technical leaders, guides platform and vendor selection, manages integration ecosystems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and develops roadmaps, models, KPIs, and compliance practices. The role influences architectural decisions, mentors technical teams, supports proof-of-concepts, and promotes scalable, secure, and coherent enterprise architecture without serving as the primary implementer.
