Drive growth marketing initiatives to recruit and retain loan officers by creating content, campaigns, and assets. Own campaign planning, content calendars, social and event content, interviews/testimonials, and AI-enabled workflows. Produce Canva-based graphics, presentations, short-form video concepts, and repurposed content. Track performance, maintain templates and libraries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support Elevate coaching, executives and events. Travel periodically (10-20%).

Supervise loss mitigation team and day-to-day operations to ensure timely, compliant loan workout decisions. Monitor metrics, conduct quality audits, manage inventory and general ledger, deliver training, handle escalations, interact with clients/homeowners, and ensure remediation of audit findings.

Manage development and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data delivery solutions. Define product vision, roadmap, features, and user stories; prioritize and maintain backlog; run sprint planning, reviews, and retros; accept deliverables; remove blockers; partner with stakeholders, vendors, and EPMO to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely reporting products that deliver business value.
