The role requires strong stakeholder influence, technical recruiting knowledge, pipeline prioritization, and consultative communication skills.

Lead and scale Hadrian's end-to-end qualification pipeline for defense programs: convert legacy technical data into production-ready TDPs, manage PQMs and engineers, automate workflows, track qualification metrics, interface with customers, and ensure parts achieve source approval and producibility.
