Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, business, or manufacturing functions. Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, manage interviews, close complex offers, improve candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, and provide talent-market guidance. The role also contributes to employer branding and broader talent-process initiatives in a fast-growing manufacturing and technology company.

Source and engage candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and G&A roles. Build talent pipelines, develop talent maps, use automation and data-driven sourcing methods, partner with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, support inclusive hiring, and represent the company’s recruiting brand. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, technical recruiting knowledge, pipeline prioritization, and consultative communication skills.

Lead and scale Hadrian's end-to-end qualification pipeline for defense programs: convert legacy technical data into production-ready TDPs, manage PQMs and engineers, automate workflows, track qualification metrics, interface with customers, and ensure parts achieve source approval and producibility.
