Advise clients on administrative and policy challenges, contribute to recovery strategies, and draft guidance regarding FEMA Public Assistance and Individual Assistance eligibility. The role involves collaboration with leadership, project management, client presentations, and limited travel or deployment as needed.

Lead complex FEMA disaster recovery projects for local government clients, serving as a Public Assistance subject matter expert. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage recovery efforts from disaster onset through grant closeout, develop funding and recovery strategies, address policy questions, and ensure high-quality deliverables, stakeholder visibility, and effective project management practices.
