Build and manage Hammerspace’s AI-powered knowledge ecosystem for the go-to-market organization. Responsibilities include designing AI workflows and retrieval experiences, developing onboarding and certification programs, evaluating AI technologies, driving adoption, automating knowledge work, and establishing governance and taxonomy. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Presales, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve knowledge discovery, employee readiness, onboarding speed, and time-to-productivity.

Lead Americas enterprise sales for a global data environment vendor: own quota, scale and coach a MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-driven sales organization, close complex SDS/storage deals with enterprise and channel partners, deliver predictable forecasting, and build relationships with VARs, SIs and cloud hyperscalers.

Provide L3/L4 technical support for Hammerspace customers across the West Coast and Asia, troubleshoot complex filesystem, storage, and networking issues, drive escalations to resolution, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, document learnings for the knowledge base, and participate in team ceremonies and process improvements.
