Leads regional power market business development, client relationships, and complex engineering consulting projects from conception through delivery. Responsibilities include sales and earnings planning, market research, project budgeting and scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, proposal support, team leadership, and revenue growth. The role focuses on utility-sector clients and power transmission, fossil fuel, and renewable energy projects.

Design and deliver roadway and transportation projects for government and DOT clients, including highways, streets, bridges, culverts, intersections, sidewalks, rail crossings, signing, pavement markings, and traffic control plans. Prepare and review complex calculations and construction documents, coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, support proposals, interact with clients, and help manage staffing and backlog.

Supports electrical design, planning, and construction activities for government-focused projects under licensed engineers and project managers. Prepares electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation; assists with power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, low-voltage, generator, and emergency power systems. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports construction administration, reviews submittals, and participates in field observations.
