Supports the corporate Quality Management System by maintaining quality documentation, monitoring compliance, coordinating reviews and audits, tracking corrective actions, delivering training, analyzing quality metrics, and supporting continuous improvement. The role collaborates with project managers, technical staff, business leaders, and support teams to ensure project deliverables meet company, client, regulatory, and contractual quality requirements.

Design and deliver roadway and transportation projects for government and DOT clients, including highways, streets, bridges, culverts, intersections, sidewalks, rail crossings, signing, pavement markings, and traffic control plans. Prepare and review complex calculations and construction documents, coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, support proposals, interact with clients, and help manage staffing and backlog.
