Provide empathetic multi-channel support for patients using the Happy Ring and digital care platform; troubleshoot technical and account issues; facilitate onboarding, scheduling, payments, and device fulfillment; document cases in CRM/EHR, follow SOPs, monitor recurring issues and escalate clinical or operational cases.

Lead architecture, implementation, operation, and scaling of customer-facing eCommerce systems (Shopify-centered), payment and subscription workflows, analytics/attribution instrumentation, and integrations. Provide hands-on technical leadership, establish engineering best practices, ensure security and reliability, and partner cross-functionally to support DTC growth and long-term platform needs.

Lead and formalize verification-of-benefits (VOB) processes, support claims and credentialing, partner with Product to embed RCM logic, manage provider/partner networks, assist multi-state compliance filings, and build reports and SOPs to improve claims, billing, and network operations.
