Remote front-end hospital billing role responsible for reviewing, correcting, and submitting clean hospital claims via clearinghouses and payer systems. Work claim edit queues, resolve front-end edits, process rebills and corrected claims, maintain clean claim rates, communicate with hospitals and payers, and support training and quality processes while adhering to HIPAA and departmental procedures.

Investigate and resolve complex customer and production issues across the full product lifecycle. Diagnose legacy systems, design and implement long-term solutions, and help modernize products (Angular/Java) while collaborating with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering. Engage directly with customers, participate in architecture discussions, and improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

Design, develop, and maintain MSSQL database solutions and applications. Maintain COBOL production apps, write C# (.NET Core) code, use Python/PowerShell scripting, troubleshoot and optimize performance, participate in code reviews, and adopt AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
