Own carrier-facing support tickets end-to-end: reproduce and resolve Tier 1/2 issues across front-end, API, and database layers. Use SQL, logs, and API tools to diagnose, provide workarounds, produce carrier-grade RCAs, maintain KB/runbooks, participate in on-call rotation, and proactively surface systemic issues to engineering. Fluent, validated use of AI tooling expected.

This role involves conducting product demonstrations, supporting sales efforts, translating product capabilities for clients, and maintaining CRM records.

Investigate and resolve complex customer and production issues across the full product lifecycle. Diagnose legacy systems, design and implement long-term solutions, and help modernize products (Angular/Java) while collaborating with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering. Engage directly with customers, participate in architecture discussions, and improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
