Performs functional, integration, regression, release, accessibility, and database validation testing. Writes test cases, prepares test data, reports and retests defects, triages automated test failures, and progressively develops automated tests with senior guidance. Participates in Agile ceremonies and uses SQL, automation frameworks, and approved AI tools. The role is expected to grow toward independent automation ownership and test data preparation.

Manage and maintain customer ERP and information-system environments across on-premises and Azure infrastructure. Responsibilities include SQL Server and possible Oracle administration, Windows/Linux system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, releases, access management, disaster recovery, automation, documentation, customer communication, and ticket management. The role participates in on-call rotations and maintenance windows while collaborating across support, development, technical services, and business intelligence teams.

Advises business units on security certification and audit readiness, reviews policies and technical controls, identifies gaps, recommends remediation, evaluates evidence and penetration testing, supports inclusive or carve-out scoping, and coordinates with internal auditors, external auditors, and shared services through finding closure.
