Plan and execute pharmaceutical congresses, conventions, exhibits, internal meetings, and sponsored events. Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, staffing, attendee communications, compliance reviews, and on-site execution. Lead cross-functional teams, oversee timelines and materials, conduct post-event evaluations, maintain SOPs and historical data, and identify process and cost improvements. The role requires strong project management, pharmaceutical event experience, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and familiarity with FDA promotional review processes.

Owns Harrow’s pharmaceutical Group Purchasing Organization relationships, including contract negotiation, drafting, renewals, amendments, chargebacks, administrative fees, membership eligibility, and compliance with Medicaid Best Price and 340B requirements. Partners cross-functionally with Market Access, Sales, Finance, Legal, Trade Operations, Marketing, and IT to drive contract utilization, resolve disputes, track performance, manage data, and support GPO business reviews. The role is remote with travel up to 25%.

Manage marketing platforms and the promotional review cycle (PRC) across branded and compounded portfolios. Coordinate, review, and QC promotional materials in Veeva, lead review meetings, ensure regulatory submissions (2253), maintain audit-ready documentation and trademark logs, improve processes/SOPs, train stakeholders, and manage NDCs/labels for compounded products.

Lead pricing and contract lifecycle for ImprimisRx compounded products, including contract loading, validation, renewals, pricing analysis, dashboards, dispute resolution, system configuration, compliance with compounding regulations, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
