Build, maintain, and monitor integrations between enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake) using iPaaS and scripts. Design scalable data mappings, troubleshoot syncs and API failures, implement error handling and observability, and partner with Finance, GTM, People Ops, and IT to support lead-to-cash and employee lifecycle workflows.

Leads Harvey’s public-sector go-to-market strategy across federal, state, and local government legal organizations. Recruits and manages Enterprise Account Executives, owns quota, pipeline, forecasting, and strategic accounts, and builds a repeatable government sales motion. Develops procurement and security-review playbooks, partners on FedRAMP and StateRAMP/GovRAMP positioning, advances agency authorizations and contracts, and represents Harvey in the government legal and gov-tech communities.

Own and configure Workday HCM, design and maintain integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, Studio, APIs), manage Workday security and business processes, partner with People, Security, Data, and Finance, and lead release and testing cycles to ensure compliance and scalable HR systems.
