Teams at Hays Electrical Services, Inc.

Provide administrative and organizational support to project managers and engineers for BAS/EMS projects. Track schedules, documentation (RFIs, submittals), vendor deliveries, invoices, and onboarding; coordinate communications, site logistics, and project closeout activities.

Manage commercial electrical service accounts end-to-end: build client relationships, identify service opportunities, prepare proposals, coordinate technicians, conduct site walkthroughs, manage budgets and invoices, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead electrical construction projects from inception to completion: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, conduct site visits, ensure safety and code compliance, manage risks, mentor staff, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
