Manages commercial electrical service relationships and multiple service projects from request through completion. Responsibilities include business development, identifying repair and upgrade opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating clients and field technicians, conducting site walkthroughs, managing budgets, approving invoices, and ensuring project profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Manage end-to-end delivery of building automation and energy management projects, including schedules, budgets, financial reporting, subcontractors, vendors, client communication, construction coordination, commissioning, closeout, and training. The role oversees project quality, safety, profitability, documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and stakeholder coordination while supporting process improvement and mentoring project staff.

Provides administrative and organizational support for building automation and energy management projects. Coordinates schedules, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, procurement, vendor deliveries, status reports, change orders, meetings, site visits, invoices, purchase orders, onboarding documents, and closeout activities. Works with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, field partners, clients, and finance teams to maintain accurate records and keep projects on schedule.
