Identifies customer needs, recommends products, analyzes utilization and financial reports, negotiates solutions, resolves issues, and coordinates with internal teams. Requires health insurance expertise, customer relationship management, presentations, negotiation, decision-making, and travel, including overnight stays. A General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license is required or must be obtained.

Supports account executives with client renewals, broker and client relationships, service issue resolution, utilization reporting, and benefit inquiries. Coordinates internal research, client meetings, health fairs, and enrollment meetings. Prepares agendas, presentations, databases, and analytical reports while maintaining required insurance licensing and delivering responsive customer service.

Supports Account Executives with client renewals, broker and client communications, inquiry research, issue resolution, meeting coordination, proposal and enrollment support, database maintenance, utilization reporting, and analysis. Develops client relationships, responds to benefit questions, attends client meetings and health fairs, and maintains the required Texas insurance license. This hybrid Austin role requires occasional travel and collaboration with internal operational teams.

Directs a national account management team serving major healthcare accounts with 2,000–10,000 eligible members. Owns retention, profitability, new product sales, account service, strategy, broker relationships, and customer issue resolution. Leads cross-functional collaboration, manages budgets and resources, develops business cases, conducts cost-benefit analyses, mentors staff, and ensures corporate goals are achieved. This hybrid role requires three in-office days weekly and national travel.
