Responsibilities include strengthening relationships, increasing partner engagement and production, conducting outreach, training, business reviews, and industry events, using performance data to identify opportunities, supporting launches and sales initiatives, resolving partner barriers, maintaining CRM records, and sharing market feedback. The role is remote but requires approximately 30% travel.

Senior leader owning broker and consultant distribution for Pivot Health: build and scale sales and account management teams, drive new business with agents/FMOs, establish SLAs and performance metrics, improve broker retention and experience, align distribution strategy with product and operations, and report pipeline and forecasts to executive leadership.

Owns Healthcare.com's consumer acquisition business, including revenue, contribution margin, ROAS, volume, forecasting, capital allocation, and multi-channel growth. Leads acquisition channel leaders and managers, improves attribution and conversion measurement, develops new growth opportunities, and builds an AI-enabled operating model. Partners with Marketplace Operations and Distributor teams to align budgets, supply, demand, and performance goals.
