Contractor will review an existing unified Teens Make Health Happen curriculum and produce two differentiated, grade-band-appropriate (middle and high school) curriculum products aligned to NHES 2024, preserving the PYD framework and near-peer model. Deliverables include revised learning objectives, age-appropriate content and instructional strategies, iterative collaboration with staff, and final mentor-ready curriculum documents within a ~3-month timeline.

Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing professional development for college-aged mentors, translates curriculum into mentor-ready training, partners with curriculum and program teams, coaches mentors in the field, creates mentor resources, and uses data to improve implementation and fidelity.
