Provides evidence-based, cost-effective medication management for kidney disease and related comorbidities. Reviews regimens, addresses pharmacy referrals, supports medication access and adherence, manages safety during care transitions, evaluates high-cost and high-risk medications, and collaborates with clinical and care-management teams. Oversees pharmacy staff, supports quality improvement, and ensures regulatory and PHI compliance. This is a remote role with no travel.

Manages the company’s total rewards function, including compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, audits, vendor relationships, HRIS configuration, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement. Oversees payroll processing, tax administration, benefits enrollment, retirement plan compliance, compensation cycles, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR, Finance, Accounting, HRIS, vendors, and senior leadership while leading and developing payroll team members in a multi-state environment.
