The Principal Quality Engineer will define and enhance quality practices across engineering and product at Heartbeat Health, focusing on validation architecture, release confidence, and exploratory testing, while working closely with development teams.

Lead data product strategy and execution for analytics deliverables (dashboards, pipelines, reports). Prioritize with stakeholders, translate needs into requirements, work hands-on with SQL and Python, monitor pipelines, and measure clinical, operational, and financial impact.
