Build and maintain operations-focused dashboards and analyses to drive process improvement, quality, and efficiency. Integrate data from ADP, Smarteeva, and other sources; perform statistical analysis; present insights to leadership; partner with Technology and Process Engineering to support automation and monitor operational changes.

Lead adoption and expansion of the Heartflow One Platform across 5–10 strategic and several IDN/national accounts. Build account plans, deliver revenue and onboarding targets, gather voice-of-customer feedback, coordinate cross-functional teams, thwart competitive advances, and drive product adoption and utilization. Frequent travel required to manage national accounts and stakeholders.
