Cleans, sorts, washes, polishes, and stores service ware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment for hotel food and beverage outlets. Maintains dishwashing equipment, supports restaurant operations, transports heavy items, follows safety and attendance standards, and performs other assigned stewarding duties.

Manage hotel group sales accounts to achieve room, banquet, food and beverage revenue goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales presentations, site inspections, contract negotiation, closing business, account management, client entertainment, trade show participation, and coordinating hotel departments to deliver quality service. The role requires knowledge of hotel operations, market trends, revenue management, communication, and sales reporting.
