Investigate and resolve complex production issues across backend services, data workflows, and technical support systems. Analyze logs, query SQL and MongoDB databases, troubleshoot JSON/YAML configurations, support client integrations, and assist with bug fixes and data validation. Partner with Engineering, Client Operations, and User Support teams to identify root causes, escalate issues, improve workflows, and reduce recurring support problems.

Leads major product launches, growth initiatives, and commercialization efforts across the organization. Partners with international product and engineering teams, provides actionable executive reporting, and uses AI tools to improve decision-making and organizational efficiency. The role requires strategic judgment, operational excellence, consensus-building, and experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or startup environments.

Lead strategic account management for public sector healthcare clients to drive retention, revenue growth, adoption, and expansion. Serve as primary executive contact, manage renewals and procurement cycles, run business reviews, identify new use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track outcomes to mitigate risk and maximize client value.
