Lead technical ownership of a device product lane from concept to end-of-life, overseeing hardware, firmware, manufacturing, validation, connectivity, and field performance. Drive cross-functional execution, supplier and contract manufacturer partnerships, manufacturing readiness, diagnostics and automation, root-cause investigations, and use AI/automation to improve engineering and operations. Mentor engineers and make executive tradeoffs across performance, reliability, cost, quality, and schedule.

Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization. Own project planning, timelines, cross-functional execution, risk identification/escalation, status reporting, issue resolution, process improvement, and act as primary client point of contact to ensure successful launches.

Support and scale internal SaaS infrastructure and Help Desk operations. Build custom automations, API integrations, and dashboards using GCP and scripting. Deploy AI coding tools to accelerate workflows, partner with Security/Compliance on HIPAA/SOC2, maintain device and access management (Intune/MDM), provide remote hardware and conferencing support, and manage hardware/software lifecycle and runbooks.
