Lead Hello Patient’s sales organization and net-new revenue growth. Build a repeatable SaaS sales motion, define territories and quotas, own forecasting, coach account executives, recruit and develop talent, and personally support strategic enterprise deals and partnerships. The role partners cross-functionally to improve pipeline quality, deal progression, implementation transitions, and sales capacity while establishing a scalable operating cadence for a growing healthcare technology company.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities with healthcare organizations through outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns. Identify healthcare decision-makers, qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery conversations, document insights in CRM systems, and hand off qualified prospects to Account Executives. Support go-to-market process improvement by testing messaging, sharing market feedback, and refining qualification strategies.

Own multiple complex B2B SaaS customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion. Build project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication, and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Account Management. Translate customer requirements into technical workstreams, configure telephony and agent workflows, support testing and launches, and guide enterprise stakeholders through technical decisions. Develop repeatable deployment processes, documentation, and scalable operating frameworks.

Sell an AI-powered patient communication platform to healthcare organizations. Own full enterprise sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, close—build pipeline, manage forecasts in HubSpot, drive expansion, and partner with leadership to shape GTM motion.

Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and AI workflows using React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI. Own projects from design to deployment, integrate with healthcare systems, improve reliability and AI-powered patient engagement, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Own full enterprise sales cycles for an AI-powered patient communication platform: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and expand accounts. Build outbound strategies, manage pipeline in HubSpot, influence GTM, and exceed revenue targets in a fast-moving startup.
