Leads Henry Schein Dental’s national event, trade show, convention, regional meeting, and KOL strategies. Oversees event planning, integrated marketing campaigns, educational programming, speaker relationships, budgets, vendor negotiations, analytics, ROI measurement, operational improvements, and brand standards. Partners with sales, marketing, finance, suppliers, and external stakeholders while managing and developing virtual and cross-functional teams.

Handle high-volume inbound calls and live chats to take orders, resolve issues, and upsell/cross-sell products. Manage complaints, coordinate returns/credits, follow pricing approval processes, stay current on product knowledge, and meet performance and compliance standards.

Owns regional Record-to-Report service delivery across accounting close, reconciliations, journals, controls, SLAs, KPIs, capacity planning, vendor coordination, escalations, and process improvement. The role aligns regional execution with global standards, manages outsourced and retained teams, supports transitions into GBS, and partners with finance leadership across multiple countries and entities.
