The Financial Controller will oversee payroll, union reporting, month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, job costing, WIP accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance, and financial analysis. The role supports cost management, administrative operations, and strategic decision-making while partnering with site leadership and Heritage Fencing executives. This fully remote position requires strong construction accounting experience, including percent-of-completion accounting, project-based financial management, and experience in high-growth environments.

Lead operational scaling and acquisition integration for a platform, implement systems and reporting (ERP), partner with owners on day-to-day execution, and drive performance management to grow EBITDA and enable M&A-driven expansion.
