Leads regional marketing and sales strategy for senior living communities, driving brand positioning, occupancy, revenue, and move-in goals. Partners with operations and executive leaders on marketing plans, pricing, budgeting, staffing, and sales execution. Trains and coaches community sales teams, supports recruiting and performance management, analyzes CRM and business data, and represents the organization with owners, boards, and community stakeholders. Oversees initiatives across independent living, assisted living, health center, and memory care services.
