Generates new corporate sales opportunities across the Western Region through high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Researches and qualifies prospects, identifies decision-makers and rental needs, schedules introductory meetings, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and transitions qualified opportunities to Account Managers. Meets opportunity creation goals, supports pipeline reviews, and shares market intelligence with the sales team.

Provide courteous, efficient rental and return service to customers at the rental counter and car center. Greet customers, process rentals and returns, resolve issues, offer optional products, prepare rental documents, answer phones, assist with directions, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle and positive customer experience.

Own the enterprise network strategy, architecture standards, governance, and modernization roadmap. Lead hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity, network security, resiliency, automation, observability, and lifecycle strategies across global environments. Evaluate technologies and vendors, develop executive business cases, guide major transformations, and mentor architects and senior engineers. The role requires influencing technical and business leaders while delivering secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective network capabilities.

Lead strategy, governance, and roadmap for Hertz's global CRM and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce and Loyalty), ensure platform reliability, data integrity, integrations, compliance, and cross-functional alignment while building and leading a CRM platform team.

Develops and maintains Java applications, backend services, and REST APIs in cloud environments. Designs high-volume, low-latency systems supporting fleet utilization, inventory optimization, and operational decisions. Collaborates with product managers and stakeholders, participates throughout the software development lifecycle, writes and tests production-ready code, troubleshoots technical issues, documents designs, reviews code, and evaluates infrastructure and technology improvements.

Supports recruitment marketing and talent attraction programs through community partnerships, hiring and college recruiting events, internal mobility communications, and digital promotion. Coordinates event logistics, collateral, presentations, project trackers, and stakeholder relationships. Uses Adobe tools and social platforms to maintain branded recruiting materials, monitors engagement, and recommends program improvements while ensuring accessibility and compliance.

Directs technology and product program management across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. Establishes PMO standards, governs portfolios, manages roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, KPIs, and prioritization. Leads cross-functional teams, executive stakeholder communications, OKR and QBR processes, project governance, and delivery frameworks. Coaches project management practitioners and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope.

Provide day-to-day support and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and financials, design and develop PL/SQL database objects, build integrations (OIC), create reports (BIP/OTBI/FAW/Cognos), optimize performance, participate in Agile sprints, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements to technical solutions.

Lead end-to-end machine learning and advanced analytics projects: frame problems, build and deploy predictive/prescriptive models, design ETL pipelines, create dashboards and A/B test metrics, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders to improve fleet, pricing, and ridesharing products.

Design, build, test, and maintain React Native features for Hertz consumer mobile apps on iOS and Android. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate APIs and third‑party services, optimize performance, resolve production issues, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and improve mobile UX and accessibility.

Lead and modernize global, cloud-native rental platforms; own architecture, platform reliability, and delivery. Manage and grow distributed engineering teams, drive standards (APIs, microservices, containers), ensure security/compliance, and collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver scalable, resilient systems.
