Own and grow Higgsfield AI’s highest-value enterprise accounts by driving revenue expansion, renewals, upsells, adoption, and long-term partnerships. The role develops strategic account plans, leads complex negotiations, builds C-suite relationships, identifies cross-business opportunities, conducts executive reviews, and translates AI capabilities into measurable business value. It also partners across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership while managing forecasting, pipeline, and enterprise growth initiatives.

Lead and formalize Higgsfield AI’s policy function, advising leadership and cross-functional teams on regulatory, safety, reputational, platform, product, and public-policy issues. Develop policy principles and decision frameworks, monitor emerging developments, identify risks and opportunities, translate complex issues into actionable recommendations, and support external policy positioning. Partner closely with Legal, Product, Communications, and senior leadership on sensitive and ambiguous matters.

Build and manage Ironclad workflows, integrations, automations, reporting, permissions, and secure AI connections across Legal, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and other business systems. Develop reliable API integrations with monitoring, error handling, and retries; improve contract data visibility; administer releases and change management; troubleshoot issues, manage vendors, document processes, and train users.
