Configure, maintain, and validate source-to-target data mappings for customer onboarding and ongoing integrations. Analyze JSON payloads, apply transformations and conditional logic, troubleshoot data issues, validate results, document configurations, and support AMS, CRM, API, and SaaS integrations. Serve as an API subject matter expert, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Project Management, customers, and vendors, and provide technical guidance, training, and escalation support.
