Advises Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Affiliate, Product Marketing, and Business Development on advertising, consumer protection, AI marketing, influencer programs, trademarks, and customer-facing terms. Oversees commercial legal operations, risk frameworks, agreements, templates, playbooks, and escalation processes. Manages and develops legal professionals, advises executives, and builds scalable compliance practices across a global SaaS organization.

Owns end-to-end delivery of AI solutions inside ORA, from identifying Customer Success problems through design, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Builds AI agents, prompts, skills, knowledge bases, feedback loops, and call-lifecycle workflows. Partners with RevOps on platform capabilities, collaborates with QA and leadership, establishes technical standards, and experiments with emerging models and evaluation techniques.

Leads litigation, eDiscovery, intellectual property, DMCA, and brand protection operations. Coordinates legal holds, document collections, productions, outside counsel, vendors, trademark and patent administration, copyright enforcement, domain management, and marketplace investigations. Develops scalable workflows, SOPs, dashboards, KPIs, and automation while partnering with Engineering, Security, IT, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
